How can our sessions help?
We begin by demystifying the neuroscience behind creativity and what we can do to harness our neurochemistry to support our capacity to create. We then work through various solution focused techniques to support you to get clarity around your goals, and gain a deeper understanding of the strengths and resources you have to draw on in achieving them. Finally, where appropriate, we can introduce meditative techniques to make space for your brain to process and create, and get your whole brain on board in supporting you towards your goals.
