How can our sessions help?

We begin by demystifying the neuroscience behind what is happening before and during a panic attack. We then use evidence-based solution focused exercises and techniques to support you in identifying, understanding and drawing on your strengths and resources that will help you towards a life without panic attacks. Finally, we use evidence-based meditative techniques to support your brain to effectively process the fear behind your phobia. Through the sessions you will develop your own toolkit of meditative and solution focused techniques to independently manage anxiety and fears into the future.
