Panic attacks are sudden episodes of intense fear. Physical symptoms of a panic attack may include:

  • Chills or hot flashes

Finally, we use evidence-based clinical hypnosis techniques to support your brain to effectively process the fear behind your phobia. Through the sessions you will develop your own toolkit of meditative and solution focused techniques to independently manage anxiety and fears into the future.
