Stressful and difficult life events can negatively impact self confidence and self esteem. Those with low confidence and self esteem may hide away from social situations and avoid any thing new or potentially challenging.

Finally can introduce meditative techniques that help to boost motivation and self confidence, supporting you to step back and gain a sense of control over your thoughts and emotions, and equipping you with a self care toolkit to manage your mood and connect with your strengths into the future.
